English version Company: We are looking for our client, a globally recognized expert in ASIC design and integrated semiconductor services, for a Analog RF Engineer (permanent contract) M/F. This recruitment is part of the ambition to build a renowned IP team to support its clients' projects and strengthen its teams, particularly in the scientific field, and to promote a more R&Doriented culture. This will also help to successfully carry out current and future projects for the years to come. Position: Reporting to the IP and NPI activity manager, your main mission will be to develop a diversified IP roadmap covering a wide range of frequencies for industrial, automotive, and medical applications. As an analog/RF IP designer, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects involving the design, modeling, and verification of analog and RF IP blocks Specifically, you will start by understanding previous developments and the specifications and technical characteristics associated with IP already created for certain projects. You will be responsible for evolving and improving these IPs according to customer expectations, playing a key role in developing IP solutions that meet customers' performance, energy efficiency, and reliability requirements. You will design and implement analog and RF IP blocks, such as amplifiers, oscillators, data converters, voltage references, etc. The ultimate goal will be to create an IP library available in the FAB. To achieve this, you will collaborate with digital designers, system architects, and other teams to integrate analog IP into complete semiconductor solutions, including a test strategy. You will also work closely with product engineering and test teams to support IP integration and validation. This collaboration will be in close coordination with the ASIC teams and will involve close collaboration with crossfunctional teams in France and Denmark. Lastly, you will stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies in analog and RF design through regular scientific and technological monitoring. You will also promote collaborations with global academic laboratories and industry. The position is available as soon as possible, on a permanent basis, either in the PACA region (Meyreuil), Normandy (Caen), or Denmark (Copenhagen). The position requires eligibility for Research Tax Credit (CIR) due to R&D activity. Profile: As a Ph.D. holder in microelectronics, analog, or a related field, you have acquired knowledge and practical skills in the industrial field, particularly in the design of analog and mixedsignal circuits. You have solid knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and CMOS technology. Additionally, you have excellent problemsolving and analytical skills. Experience with scripting languages such as Python would be appreciated, as well as RF knowledge and skills. You have good communication skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to producing highquality designs. Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory due to numerous international interactions. French proficiency is not essential. You demonstrate effective leadership, knowing how to assert yourself and promote cohesion within the team, thus encouraging exchanges.
