Bouygues Bâtiment Sud-Est is active in development, design, construction and renovation in the fields of housing, functional and tertiary structures, multi-product operations, industry and logistics. We're looking to welcome a Site Manager – Rehabilitation Projects (M/F) to take responsibility for our rehabilitation operations in the Isère region.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of all trades work on our projects. From project review to completion, you will oversee all stages of the operation by managing the construction supervision team. You will be the guarantor of project deadlines, quality, and site safety.
You will also serve as the key point of contact for the client and external partners (architects, design offices, etc.).
With a Master’s degree (BAC +5 or equivalent), you have at least 10 years of project management experience or any other relevant experience that demonstrates your skills for this position.
